We had a fantastic stay at Citadines. The room was very new, clean and comfortable with modern decor, the bathroom was nicely upgraded and clean, and the customer service was very friendly and helpful The room was also surprisingly quiet. And it's hard to beat the location--we were able to do and see a lot in NYC within walking distance. Great stay, would definitely recommend.

Best Hotel Stay In NYC - Top Notch Service I stayed at the Citadines and have to say I am so impressed by their service. Stephanie from the reception is an asset to Citadines and knows how to deliver a great service to guest. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions promptly and very professional.

Married Couple Retreat Citadines Connect was the hotel we booked to celebrate our Anniversary. We could not have been happier. From the moment Stephanie checked us in to our last goodbye on Saturday morning we enjoyed nothing but warm hospitality in a clean, comfortable hotel room in one of the most choice spots in midtown. Directly between Grand Central and Times Square. We will book here again!

Great location, comfortable and modern hotel We had a fantastic stay at Citadines. Our room was clean, nice modern decor, and overall very comfortable. Great customer service, Francesca at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and later when we called down for extra blankets a very friendly man came up with a bag full of sheets and blankets (more than enough). The room was also really quiet (which we didn’t expect in NYC). And it’s hard to beat the location, we were able to do and see so much within walking distance. Thanks for such a great stay—we will definitely be back!

Amazing, I loved the stay. Next time I book a vacation I am going to use Citadines. The room was absolutely clean, amazing shower, plenty of space on the bed and not to mention comfortable. They were attentive, answered any questions, and always ready for support. They gave us everything we could have needed. We may have been at the heart of the city but honestly, the stay in the room was just amazing, we didn't want to leave.
